We’re currently hiring in Chicago, Illinois to support a district in need of Registered Nurses.School Health Office RN Contract Details:

  • $38.50 – $41.50 an hour
  • Schedule follows the school district calendar
  • 2024-2025 School Year
  • Full-time approximately 37.5 hours/week. 6:45am – 2:45pm
  • Assignment details: School clinic Registered Nurse (RN) need for K-12
    special education school. Candidates
  • Location: West Chicago
  • RN will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office
  • Nurse will be working in collaboration with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardian(s) to promote physical and emotional safety and wellness
    Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
  • Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services or treatment
  • Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings
  • Promoting education and wellness initiatives

Requirements:

  • Illinois RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Prior school setting or pediatrics experience
