Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Director of Nursing RNs in Kansas City, Missouri for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Skilled Nursing Facility. Director of Nursing RN Contract Details:

  • $2,960 – $3,145 per week*
  • AM shift available
  • 13-week contract with possibility to extend
  • DON will be responsible for Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
  • Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff
  • Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
  • Developing a business plan and budget for the nursing unit
  • Participating in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
  • Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

  • Current Missouri RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 1 to 2 years of recent relevant experience
