For our Speech-Language Pathologists working in schools, that means unique support and experienced recruiters from our School Centers of Excellence to assist you in every step of your career. We’re currently hiring in Wauconda, Illinois to support a district in need of a Speech-Language Pathologist.Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:

$49-$52.50 an hour
2024-2025 School Year
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday approximately 37.5 hours per week

days/week in Early Childhood Autism program

days/week in K-5 elementary school

Location: Wauconda, IL

$3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details

SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team

SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans

Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:

Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
Illinois SLP License – IL State License (IDFPR) and PEL from ISBE
American Heart Association BLS
School Experience is Preferred but not required
ASHA Certification
