Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is working with a Psychiatric facility in Cranston, Rhode Island to hire Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. For more than 30 years, we’ve specialized in helping nurses find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals. Whether you’re just starting out or a veteran Nurse Practitioner, we’d love to get to know you and talk about the options that are available.

Psych / Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:

  • $50-$55 an hour
  • 12 Week contract with possibility of extension
  • Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
  • Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

  • Current PMHNP licensure in Rhode Island
  • BLS
  • DEA
  • Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
