Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Forks, Washington for a 12-week assignment at a partnering hospital. Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Contract Details

$65-$75 an hour*
12 week contract with possibility to extend
8 or 10 hour shifts available
Tuesday – Friday or Monday – Thursday scheduling days are available
The Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
*Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington
BLS
Active DEA
Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
Board Certified/ Board Eligible
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
