Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring RNs with prior OASIS experience to work at a partnering home health care provider in Carmel, Indiana. Home Health RN Contract Details:
- $1,820 – $2,010 per week*
- 13-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Requirements:
- OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current Indiana RN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
