Currently, we’re hiring LVNs to work in correctional facilities in Abilene, Texas.
Correctional Nurse Contract Details:
- $1,475 – $1,624 per week*
- 13-week contract contracts with block booking
- NOC shift available
- Various unit security levels available for travel Correctional Nurse contracts in Texas
- LVNs have the option to stay where they are or move to a new location when extending their Correctional Nursing contract with SHC
- Duties will include but are not limited to medication administration, immunizations, admissions, and emergency first aid
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
- Previous nursing experience in a corrections setting is preferred
- Active TX state nursing license
- American Heart Association BLS
- Applicant must be able to pass a background check before starting work
