Supplemental Health Care has immediate openings for home health LPNs in the Newton, Massachusetts area. Home Health Nurse Contract Details:
- $1,400 – $1,559 per week*
- 12-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:
- Medicare Certified Agency Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current Massachusetts Nursing License
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
