Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in Topeka, Kansas with prior OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.
Home Health RN Contract Details:
- $1,880 – $2,046 per week*
- 12-week contract
- SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
- Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
- Electronic Charting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
- Current Kansas RN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
