Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in Waukesha, Wisconsin for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Rehab facility. With our extensive local office network across the United States and our national support structures, you can trust that Supplemental Health Care will be there when you need us.
RN Contract Details:
- $1,728 – $1,894 per week*
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer and record prescribed medications
- Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Current Wisconsin Nursing License
- American Heart Association BLS
- 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
