Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Suffolk, Virginia to hire Occupational Therapists. Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,860 – $2,026 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Virginia
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in hospice care

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
