Job Summary:

Quick Med Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

In this role, you will provide specialized, high-quality care to neonates with medical and/or surgical needs, utilizing advanced technologies such as the ReCam Ophthalmic Imaging System, cardiac monitors, warmer beds, and isolettes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to innovative and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
- Perform neonatal assessments, administer medications, and manage medical procedures in accordance with care plans.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and families during the care process.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Experience: 2 years in NICU nursing.
- Certifications Required: BLS, NRP (STABLE certification is preferred).
- Proficient in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and advanced neonatal procedures.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
