Description
Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of WA, required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Minimum three years of professional nursing experience, including demonstrated skill and preference for adult education (preceptor, charge nurse, unit-based skills, etc.).
Proficient in EPIC.
Nursing certification eligible.
TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer certification preferred.
Capable of comprehending, executing, and acting within scope of practice.
Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form in the English Language.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills in a diverse population.
Proven ability to set priorities, produce accurate work, and deliver quality patient care consistent with the organization standards.
Demonstrates ability to work in a collaborative manner.
Flexible and adaptable.
Demonstrates leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team, utilize clinical judgment, clinical inquiry, and systems thinking.
Motivated and able to problem solve complex situations.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills that are community centered, compassionate, and meets of diverse and vulnerable populations.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with the physical and emotional development of all age groups.
Ability to access information and communicate in an electronic environment including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office suite, email, and computer documentation skills.
Self- directed in advancing professional practice through continuing education.
