The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Full time nights (7p-7a)
  • You will support three units/skill sets within Med-Surg service line (may have options to cross-over to other service lines)
  • The excitement of inter-facility floating (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa)
  • Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on needs)
  • 10% differential - once orientation concludes
  • Sign-on Bonus Plus Relocation Assistance Available for new hires

 

Below is an example of the service line structure and the skill sets CSU RN's typically work within, but your time working in the float pool can open up opportunities to expand your skills into any of these areas:

 

Medical Surgical/Telemetry: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, Emergency DepartmentsWomen's Center: Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, NICUCritical Care:  ICU, Emergency Departments, PICU, NICU, TelemetryChildren's Center:  Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, PICU, NICUOther:  Chemotherapy, Resource RN, Infusion Center

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Nursing Degree

  • Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer 3 years of Med-Surg experience

  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
