What You Can Expect:
The Population Health Program Quality Manager - RN is responsible for data management; oversight of our quality management committee and safety learning at our Boise, McCall and Elmore sites. In addition, will coordinate, implement and administer quality initiatives supporting Medical Safety, Patient Safety, Performance Improvement, Infection Prevention, and/or Accreditation across designated sites.
- Full Time/Exempt Days (Mon - Fri); No weekends or Holidays
- Manages operational activities for the designated site(s) to ensure quality initiatives meet system compliance requirements.
- Assists in defining opportunities for improvement and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to improve experience, satisfaction, and sustainable outcomes.
- Maintains relationships with key stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Assesses site for compliance of standards to achieve and maintain clinical and operational excellence. Ensures that all federal and state regulatory requirements are met.
- Oversees compliance audits and other activities related to compliance initiatives.
- Supports on-site audits and surveys and provides reports on status and makes recommendations on changes needed.
- Provides education to departments, providers, and the community.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience: 6 year's of relevant experience (i.e. RN, program manager, and/or quality improvement experience); lean six sigma green belt highly preferred
- Licenses/Certifications: RN license in state of practice
