We're hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit (Float Pool) - Speciality Clinics!
What You Can Expect:
St. Luke's Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit (Internal Float Pool) is searching for an experienced RN who is looking to expand their skills by supporting our specialty clinics in the Ambulatory setting in the Treasure Valley area (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell). The Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit is a dynamic department that provides a high-quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible, and willing to support the mission of the organization. Ambulatory CSU float pool RNs maintain competencies for each specialty supported. Inter-facility floating is expected (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Caldwell, and Nampa).
This RN position will support a minimum of 3 skills sets including Cardiology, Wound Care and the third TBD by clinic need and RN interest.Schedule: Day Shift. Four 9-hour shifts per week. Occasional weekend shifts maybe be required depending on skill sets.
Once orientation concludes for the 3 skill sets, our Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit offers a 10% differential in addition to the base rate!
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- RN's with less than 1 year of RN experience at the time of hire into the RN position must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN
- Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE -Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education)
- Experience: 0 years' experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
