Schedule: 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period) Monday- Friday hours with sone required call.  Call response time is 30 minutes. 

Week 1: Monday 0545 start time (8) hour shift, Thursday 0600 start time (10) hour shift and Friday 0600 start time (10) hour shift or 0600 (8) hour shift. 

Week 2: Monday 0545 start time (8) hour shift or 0600 start time (8) hour shift and Friday 0545 (8) hour shift.  All shifts 30 minute meal period. 

What You Can Expect: 

Our unit is composed of some of the best nurses in Southern Idaho. This is a blend unit of periopertive sevices. The department cares for patients getting ready for and recovering from surgical procedures, it includes pre-op, PACU and SDS. The department requires that you be cross trained to two subunits, critical care experience is preferred to work in the PACU.  We prepare and recover patients that require surgical interventions for service lines such as vascular, urology, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, gym, gastroenterology, and podiatry. We work very hard together to create an exceptional patient experience!

Job Description Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1+ year of PreOp, PACU/recovery, Critical Care and or ED RN experience is highly preferred 
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
• ACLS and PALS highly preferred
