Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks
Every 3rd weekend, holiday coverage as needed
No Call

Requirements:

• NC license
• Minimum 1 year experience
• EPIC required
• BLS

Other Details:

• Float required as needed
• 50-mile travel radius
• No local travelers accepted
• Patient Ratios - 1:6

*BLS*EPIC*Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire History Allergies,Vital Signs - Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse*Dressing Change, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays*Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine - UA Clean Catch, Phlebotomy*Telephone Triage, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests
CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx, generalized debility. Inpatient rehab department, Specialized care for qualified patient with rehabilitation needs. (s p stoke, aneurysm, post-op surgical)
