Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU - ME5 Oncology Unit - Inpatient 48's

Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a (12x4) 48 hours per week, will consider 36's

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OH license
• 2 years experience
• 1.5 years experience and some level 1 or 2 preferred
• Must have EPIC experience
• Must have oncology experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• Sickle cell experience and chemo certified are strongly preferred
• OCN preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Electronic Documentation preferred
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
• Trauma Level I Experience preferred

Other Details:

• Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6
• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment

Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered.

Must have the following requirements:• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment• BLS & ACLS - must be able to read and interpret strips• Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred• Travel experience preferred

Unit Details:We are a 35-bed medical and radiation oncology unit specializing in oncology and hematology patients. We are mixed acuity, seeing both Med Surg and Advanced Care patients. We see a lot of blood products and chemotherapy patients on our unit while also seeing lots of other skills such as drips, PCAs, wounds, and more.With ONS Certification, RNs on the unit do administer chemotherapy.• Navy Blue Scrubs
RTORequest RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion.
