Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x4, 48hrs per week, Will also consider 36hrs, EOW

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• WV or Compact License
• 2 Years’ Experience
• Skill Requirements: Telemetry, IV Start, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Argatroban, Amiodarone, Dopamine (for renal perfusion only), CPMs, Orthopat, Constavac, Hemovac, Wound Vacs, traction.
• BLS
• ACLS, NIH preferred
• 1st Time Travelers Accepted if experienced in ICU

• Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs
• Patient ratios typically 1:4 but will occasionally flex to 1:5
• 100mi. Radius Rule 
• Charting: Cerner

6S Ortho/Med Surg Overflow RN3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
**Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays**
Patients who have undergone bone and joint reconstructive surgery, joint replacement, orthopedic trauma surgery, or have experienced sports injury. Med/Surg overflow. Remote telemetry monitoring with off the unit station staffed by tech. Patient ages are 18 and older.
