Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Outpatient Surgery
Shift: Variable Days / 6:30a-3p, 8:30a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week

Length: 14 weeks
Traveler will have to work 5 days one week and 4 the next equaling 72 hours in a two week period. They will have 1 day off every other week
Requirements: 

• GA License
• Minimum 1 year experience
  
• General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Need an RN operating room circulator with at least 1 year circulator experience in the intraoperative setting; Specialties include: Retina surgery, total hip/knees, Hand surgery, breast oncology, breast reconstruction, ENT, Lap Chole, Hernia repairs, Podiatry
• BLS

• 1st Timers are accepted
• Ratio / Census: 1:4; 5 rooms with average daily census of 18

Floating: Rare
Call Requirements: No; However, unit may expect RN to stay over based on the certain amount of rooms that have been finished called dots and double dots.If you are dot , if there are 2 rooms after 3 , you have to stay until there is 1 room left .If you are double dot , if there are 3 rooms after 3, you have to stay until 2 rooms are left.
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
