Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Cardiac PCU

Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

No call, but able to pick up extra shift if interested
Holiday Expectations:  2 of 3 holidays can be expected

Requirements:

• NH RN License
• 2 years of strong cardiac or PCU experience
• Skills required: Able to care for cardiovascular patient, identify, interpret rhythms, Cardiac Drip Management: nitro, heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, dopamine (fixed rate), dobutamine(fixed rate), Cardiac rhythm interpretation, Epidurals, Chest Tubes; Behavior and Personality Fit: The unit places high importance on behavioral and personality alignment. The Nurse Manager seeks a traveler who embodies a respectful, calm, and kind demeanor, values teamwork, and communicates effectively
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS

• Will consider first-time traveler
• Floating: Medsurg or ICU overflow
• Patient Ratios: 1:3 (can flex 1:5)
• 388 total bed Level 3 Trauma Center, 34 beds in this unit
• Technology/Equipment: EPIC, Alaris IV Pumps, Pyxis, Philips monitors portable and bedside
• Scrub Color:  Any solid color
