Shift: Nights / 645p-7:15a, 12x3, 35hrs per week, Thurs, Sat, Sun

Length: 13 weeks

Shifts will be rotating depending on the needs of the department.

No call required, however Holiday call will be assigned

Requirements:

• NC License
• 2 Years Experience
• 2 Years Operating Room recent OR Experience
• BLS
• Charting Experience Required - Epic

Travel rate is available for local travelers if their start date is on or before 12/16.
RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Experience (2 Years Operating Room recent OR Experience - do not screen applicants that have been out of the acute OR setting > 6 mo. Will not consider applicants that have been in management roles most recently)Traveler Experience: Required. (okay to SCREEN if no prior travel experience)Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: YesSkills: **MUST BE ABLE TO SCRUB & CIRCULATE. Neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular or robotics.Certs: BCLS
JOB DETAILS:RATIOS: 45 cases, 17 Rooms.SHIFT: 36 HOURS ONLY. Sunday - Tuesday. Shifts will be rotating depending on the needs of the department.Call Requirement: No call required, however Holiday call will be assigned.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: candidates need to have strong experience in at least 2 of these four specialties
• neuro spine,• ortho spine,• vascular or• robotics
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:**Specialties in order of priority. Must have 2-3 of the top four:1st – Neuro and Neuro Spine2nd – Ortho/Ortho Spine. (90% of our total joints have gone to Clemmons and we rarely do scopes, cuffs, ect)3rd – Vascular4th - Robotics5th – Urology6th – Podiatry7th – Oncology GYN8th – Misc. (we do a small amount of regular General, ENT, Plastics)
UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR, Staff Meetings, Communication Board
SCHEDULING TYPE: Unit schedules. This is a specific shift (Thurs, Sat, Sun schedule.)
UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 Hours minimum of three days orientation not including Epic training
SCRUBS: Provided, Ceil Blue
