Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Every other - to meet facility needs - 4 weekend shifts in 4 week scheduling period

Requirements:

• CA License 
• 1 Year Experience
• Neuro experience, looking for 3s-4s in skills checklist
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH
• Plus, if clinician holds experience with specialized equipment for facility
• Electronic Documentation
• Community Hospital Experience preferred

Other Details:

• Charting: Meditech
• First-timers not accepted
• Local Radius is 50 miles
• Float as needed to meet facility needs
• Ratios: 1:2
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown
