Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Cath Lab

Shift: Days, 8a-6:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 13 + weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the Holidays

Call & Weekend: With Callback and Weekend Call Required
Call is one day a week, one weekend per 4 weeks schedule. And the number can fluctuate if a someone calls out sick

Requirements:

• NC license
• 2 years experience
• Skills: Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines and Telemetry, Structural Heart & TAVR experience
• RN has to be able to scrub for all procedures, not just diagnostic
• Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader
• BLS
• ACLS
• Skills: Circulate, IV Start, Conscious Sedation preferred
• Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement preferred
• EKG Settings & Experience: Rhythm Interpretation preferred
• ARRT Advanced Cert preferred

Other:

• Target Ratios: 3 Rooms
• Floating could be required but would be rare (if traveler ever had to float, it would be to EP, but that rarely happens. Unit has a pt holding area inside of the Cath lab traveler may have to go to on occasion. But it is part of the Cath lab.)
• Traveler experience: unit will accept 1st time traveler
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Locals Accepted
