Shift: Nights / 7p-7:15a, 12x4, 48hrs per week, EOW

Length: 8 Weeks

Requirements:

• NJ license
• 1.5+ years of  Acute Care Experience
• Neuro ICU/SICU, strong EKG skillset, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, TAVI/TAVR, insulin protocols, CVVHD/CRRT, strong IV skillset, lumbar drains, post neuro surgery, EVD, and vents experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH
• IABP/Impella/LVAD preferred

**8 Week Assignment**Must work 48 hours per week
Patient Ratio: 1:1-3 critical care; 1:4-6+ if floated (Confirm with traveler)…Years of Acute Care Experience Required: 1.5+ and relates to the position…First-timers accepted…Every other weekendBLS, ACLS, and NIH required…There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs (Confirm with traveler) ...No block scheduling…Locals accepted…NO FRESH HEARTS...Patient Mix: Acute renal failure, GI Surgery, CVAs, TBIs, and vented px…Required Exp: Neuro ICU/SICU, strong EKG skillset, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, TAVI/TAVR, insulin protocols, CVVHD/CRRT, strong IV skillset, lumbar drains, post neuro surgery, EVD, and vents.
