Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekends (either Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun, Mon)

Call: 1 Day of Call per Week; 1-2 weekend per 4-5 week schedule (spread out), ex. Sat & Sun 7a-7p call, Sat & Sun 2nd call 7a-7p, Sat 2:1 (2nd call 7a-7p & 1st call 7p-7a) and Sun 2nd call (7a-7p)

Requirements:

• WV/Compact License
• 2 years' RN experience
• 1 year of In-Specialty experience
• Circulate and Scrub experience
• Cardiac and General Surgery, Vascular, Thoracic, Robotics, Proficient at vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting
• BLS

Other details:

• Charting: Cerner & Accudose

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
*Vascular (including AV fistulas/grafts, Aortic surgeries/bypasses, femoral to popliteal or distal bypasses, carotids, embolectomies),*Ortho (arthroscopies and total joints),*General (including colorectal/colon resections, laparoscopic assisted surgeries, whipples, liver resections, thyroids, mastectomies),*ENT (trachs, laryngectomies, radical neck dissections),*Urology (cystectomies, nephrectomies, prostatectomies, various implants, cysto related procedures),*Robotics (gyn, colorectal, hernias, lap nissens)*GYN (abdominal/vaginal hysterectomies, posterior/anterior repairs).
Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.

• AHA BLS
• NRP
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring
