Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, weekend, will accept 36s

Length: 13 weeks

2-3 weekday shifts & 2-3 weekend shifts per 4 wks

Requirements:

• NM license
• 1 year Experience with pediatric patients in an acute care PACU setting
• BLS
• PALS
• Previous Charge Experience preferred

Patient Diagnoses: Peds Surgery; urology, ortho, ortho spine, neurosurgery, general surgery, ENT, minor eye cases, GI, some plastics/burns.
Skills: Ambulatory/Outpatient, Pedi PACU, Phase 1 PACU, Phase 2 Recovery, Dysrhythmia recognition/management, ENT, Neuro/Spine, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Tonsillectomy, Pyxis, Open reduction & internal fixation, General Anesthesia, MAC, Follow up phone calls, Med reconciliation, Malignant Hyperthermia Protocols, Pain Assessment and Management
