Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - LTC

Shift: Variable D/E/N, 8's and 12's, 36/40 hrs per week, EOW, holidays

Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:

• WI license
• Minimum 2+ years previous experience
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Strong medication administration skills
• AHA BLS
• Charting Experience: ECS - not required, will train

Other Details:

• Unit Specific Skillset: Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting. Strong medication administration skills. 2 Units:  Unit 1 is 12 beds for short term residents (average census is 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents.  Unit 2 is LTC with 20 beds.  3 aides and 2 nurses per shift (day and PM shift) 
• Scrubs: Any scrubs
• Must live outside 50 miles from facility
• Float Requirements:  Short term, Long term, and CBRF Unit
