Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg - 6 South 48's

Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x4, 48hrs per week, Will also accept 36's

Length: 13 weeks

Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
Travelers are expected to work every other week per their contract.

Requirements:

• IN License
• Minimum 2 Year of Med/Surg Experience
• 2 Years Overall RN experience required
• BLS
• Management of dysrhythmias and Interpretation of dysrhythmias skillset preferred

Other Details:

• First Time Travelers Accepted
• Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed
• Staffing Ratios: 1:5-6
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

First Time Travelers Accepted

Certification Requirements: BCLS

Unit Information: Post Operative - Urology, GYN, GI, Ortho etc. & some pre-op patients
Unit: MEDSURG 6 SOUTH
