Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per week, E/O Weekend Required

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• IL License 
• 1 Year’ Experience
• 1.5 or 2 yrs. of LTC/SNF/Assisted Living, recent experience required
• IV Cert Required
• BLS, ACLS
• Rehab with strong Med/Surg and acute care experience helpful, but not required.
• Dementia training/experience highly recommended

Certs REQ: IV Cert Required before starting, BLS/ACLS also

Special Requirements: Rehab with strong Med/Surg and acute care experience helpful, but not required. Dementia training/experience highly recommended. Excellent customer service is a must. Works closely with CNA/HCA. Special equipment- Lifting equipment

Hospital Highlights: Working Primary Care, Providing specialized medical and rehabilitation to Dementia/Surgical patients, including IV medications, wound care.
