Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - RNFA - General OR Transplant

Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • DC License
  • 2 Years Minimum Experience
  • Must have 1 prior travel assignment
  • BLS
  • Skills Required: DaVinci Xi Robotics Experience, Acute Inpatient OR, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources/cords, Suturing all wound layers including muscle and fascia, Tying/ligating clamped vessels or tissues, Wound dressing; liquid or spray occlusive, Aseptic Technique
  • Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
  • Trauma Level I and Level II Experience preferred
OR SA First Assist -Robotics- 36HRS DAYLocal Rate within 60 MilesSTART DATE: 11/4
ONLY 3 days of RTOtravelers are required to work a full GWW every week
Certs Required: BLS, CSFA, DC Surgical Tech License

General Cases REQ: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Whipple
GYN Cases Req: Abdominal hysterectomy, Anterior/Posterior repair, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Vaginal Hysterectomy
Robotics Cases Req: Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Cardiothoracic robotic surgery, Colorectal Robotic Surgery, Gastrointestinal robotic surgery, Transplant robotic surgery, Gynecologic robotic surgery, TORS (TransOral Robotic Surgery), Urologic robotic surgery
Thoracic Cases Req: Lung resection, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Thoracotomy, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery)
Transplant Cases Req: Kidney, LiverUrology Case Req: Laparoscopic assisted cases, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy
Avg Daily Census: 60 Cases per day31 RoomsRatio: 1:1Patient Age group: AdultsScrub Color Blue
