Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MO License
• 2 Years Experience
• BLS
• ACLS, CPI preferred
• 1-2 years experience preferred

Other Details:

• Charting: Epic
• First-timers accepted
• No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius
• Will float within service line
• Ratio- 1:4-5 for all other shifts
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

NoLocals accepted: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius.Pending License accepted: YesGuaranteed Hours: 36Special Requirements:- Patient Diagnoses: Acute Care Patients: Infection, Renal, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Oncology, Ortho, Bariatric, pre transplant, observation and Psychology, long stay, COVID- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Our patients may stay on our unit for only a few hours to a day or so, if no beds are available, especially during high census periods. Therefore, as nurses, we can work with many patients in one shift as our patient turnover is very high. An advantage to working with patient placement is the vast variety of patient conditions we receive from the ED. Our nurses receive additional and required training to enable them to care for a variety of patients. So, be prepared to learn a lot of new and challenging skills.- Special Equipment: Alaris pumps, CPAPs, BIPAPs, Bladder scanners, Lifts, Hover mats, EKGs, Scales
