Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - L&D/Postpartum 48's
Shift: Nights, 6:45p-7:15a, 12x4, 48hrs per week, call required
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend : every 3rd weekend/4 weekend shifts per contract
Requirements:

• ME license
• Minimum 2 years experience required
• Skills: Admit and care for labor patients
• Must be able to care for mother baby couplets, Level 2 nursey experience required
• BLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate
• ACLS preferred
• NICU experience preferred (Level II NICU - Special Care Nursery)

Other:

• PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in labor and delivery and post partum care. The postpartum nurse must be able to manage a 3 couplet assignment for a total of 6 patients, attend a delivery as a baby nurse and provide resuscitation and stabilization to the infant after delivery if needed. The candidate must be able to triage 1-2 labor patients, assume labor patients with 1:1 acuity including labor patients with hypertension and insulin dependent diabetics. Labor and PP pts
