Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 20 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: 5 weekend shifts in a 6 week periodHoliday Requirement: yes - if there is a need
Requirements:

• ID License
• Must have 2 years of MedSurg experience
• BLS
• EKG certification
• Must have EPIC experience
• Must be able to read and interpret tele

# of Beds: 42Nurse: Patient Ratios: 1:5 occasional 1:6-very rarely happensCommon diagnoses/Types of patients: Total joints, ortho-hip fx, spine surgeries-lumbar and cervical; Urology procedures, CBI; General surgeries- choles, bowel resections, complicated mastectomies; GYN overflow-total hysters; Medical overflow-COPD, somebehavioral health, sepsis, infections.Must be willing to take students, may precept new travelers- please note on interview they are willing.Will float between MedSurg 5, MedSurg 6, and a 9 bed overflow unit.Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color as long as clean and professional.
