Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Charge Nurse Tele - 3N

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week, no on call

Length: 13 weeks

Weekends: 4 shifts per month

Requirements:

TX License
1 Years’ Experience
Hospital experience
BLS
3 Years or more nursing experience preferred

Other Details:

EMR - Meditech
Number of Beds - 32
Patient Ratios – 5:1 (Day Shift) 6:1 (Night Shift)
Type of equipment – Bladder Scanner, Vital Sign Machine, Telemetry, Lifts
