Shift: Nights / 6:30p-7a, 12x4, 48hrs per week, Will also consider 36hrs, No Call

Length: 13 Weeks
Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per schedule period

Requirements:

TN License
2 Years experience
Communication SBAR
BSN
AHA BLS, ACLS, NIH

Other details:

Local rule: not accepted
First time travelers accepted
Floating to PCU with some possible MS when needed
Must live 100 miles from the facility
Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

36/48 schedule
