Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MS/Tele - 7 Observation 
Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p (12x3) 36 hours per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:

• OH/Compact license
  
• Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have at least 1.5 years perm Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• AHA ACLS
• AHA BLS
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required

Day shift: 3x12's 7am-7:30pmMinimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.PBDS Assessment – waived.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown
