On-call required: 1-2x per weekWeekends required: On call only Requirements: 

• WA license

• Must be able to scrub all cardiac cases

They can cut tissue and tie and suture and all those sorts of things that are outside a RN or ST’s scope of practice. They are usually RNs that have worked in the OR as a circulator or a scrub RN so they’re a little more versatile.
