Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Wound Care - Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OR License
• 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience
• BLS
• CWON or CWCN

Other Details:

• Ratios: 1:1
• Considered "local" within 50 mile radius
• Traveler is expected to have their own transportation
• System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
• Wound and ostomy care
• Charting: EPIC

Home Health WOC RN - West Portland OR / Surrounding Areas- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Days, Monday-Friday (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*)- Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience- Weekend REQ: No- Certs REQ: BCLS, CWON or CWCN REQUIRED- Skills REQ:- Is on-call REQ? No- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No- Open to accommodating block schedule? No- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius- Pending License Accepted: Yes- Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed Work Week (per contract)! Client agrees to pay all weekly hours; travelers will not be called off shifts
