Job Title: RN ICU
Location: 9555 76th St Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Nights 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Payrate: Best in the market

Job Description:

Provide intensive nursing care to critically ill or injured patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, continuously.
Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products as ordered.
Manage life-support systems such as ventilators.
Assess and document changes in patient condition, responding quickly to emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to adjust care plans.
Provide comfort, pain management, and emotional support to patients and their families.
Prepare patients for invasive procedures, ensuring they are stable and comfortable.
Educate patients and families about critical care processes, treatment options, and recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all interventions are properly documented.

Required:

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
WI RN License or Compact License
2 years of experience
