Certification details
- A hospital in Southern Idaho is in need of an RN with 3+ years of experience with Women's Services (L&D and PP) for a 13 week travel assignment.
- The nurses will be working 12 hour shifts.
- Ideal candidates must have 3+ years experience with L&D, Post-Partum, and OR Circulation / Triage.
Job details
- 3+ years of L&D experience
- Must have mother baby experience - prefer 1 year
- Experience and ability to attend deliveries and complete 1 hour of newborn care
- Experience with magnesium
- Charge nurse experience preferred
Job requirements
- 12 hour shifts
- 7-7 shifts
- Resource and Charge 0645-1845, 1845-0645
- No minimum weekend requirement
- No set holiday requirement for travel RNs
- 4 shifts of unit/department specific orientation
Schedule information
- Follow AWHONN Staffing Standards
- 1:1 labor unless pairing 2 cervical ripening patients
- Postpartum is 1:3 couplets care
- Triage 1:3, if get up to 4pts will utilize Resource nurse
Unit specific information
- ACLS, BLS, NRP, Stable required certifications
- Travelers extend and come back
- No fingernail lacquer policy
- Travel duos will need 2 cars
- This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles
