Weekend Requirement: Every Other
Call Requirement: None
Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed

Experience and Certifications

Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Required Certifications/Skills:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- EPIC (Electronic Health Record System)

Contract Length

14 weeks

Compliance and Documentation

Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; delays may result in a 2-week pushback.
Required Documents:
- Photo ID
- State License Verification (if applicable)
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- Health Documents (including TB Questionnaire, Vaccination Records)
- Work History Verification
- Education Verification

Holiday Requirements

Expected to work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving/Black Friday
- Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Additional Information

RTO (Request Time Off): Maximum of 7 days
Local Candidates: Accepted at the same rate
