Job Description

Charting System: Epic

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
NIH Stroke Certification (required annually)
CEUs (Continuing Education Units for specific units)
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (required annually)
Color Blind Testing (required)
Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam (required for specific units)

Health Documents

Physical Exam (required within 1 year of start)
Fit Mask (N95 requirements)
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (required within a year)
Drug Testing (10 panel required within 3 weeks of start)
COVID-19 Vaccination (2 vaccines for Moderna/Pfizer or 1 for J&J; exemptions allowed)
