Job Description

New London Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their cardiology team. The role involves working alongside cardiologists and certified technicians to provide comprehensive heart health services, including:

• Arterial blood gas testing
• Stress Echo and cardiac stress testing
• Echocardiograms
• Electrocardiograms
• Holter/cardiac event monitoring
• Diagnosis and intervention of coronary artery and valvular disease
• Cardiovascular risk assessment
• Functional assessment
• Lipid screening
• Cardiac counseling

• The facility will not consider travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility.
• Non-billable orientation: 0 hours
• Holiday and overtime multipliers: 1.25%

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of current experience required
• Clinical Office Experience: Required
• EPIC EMR Experience: Required
• Previous Travel Experience: Preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) preferred
• Transportation: Traveler must have their own vehicle
