Job Opportunity: RN GI Lab / Endoscopy

Employment Details

• Employment Type: LTA (Long-Term Assignment)
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Shifts: 4x 10-hour shifts with varied start times (7/7:30 AM)
• Weekends: No weekends required; some holidays and on-call duties as needed
• Work Areas: Primarily in pre/post procedure areas

Required Credentials

1. BLS Certification

   • Acceptable from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.

2. License/Certificate Verification

   • Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date.

3. Fit Test

   • N95 fit test required within 365 days prior to start date and updated annually.

4. MGB Medication Exam

   • 80% passing score required within 365 days.

5. COVID-19 Vaccine

   • Completed primary vaccination series or up-to-date COVID vaccine required.

6. MMR Vaccination

   • Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity required.

7. Influenza Vaccine

   • Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).

8. TB Test

   • Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test required within 3 months of start date.

9. Health Statement

   • Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date.

10. MGB Criminal Background Check

    • Required for submission, including a history check for the past 7 years.

11. MGB Massachusetts CORI

    • Criminal history check conducted through the Massachusetts CORI system.

12. MGB Resume

    • Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state.

13. MGB References

    • Minimum of 2 recent references, including at least 1 supervisor or above.

14. MGB Skills Checklist

    • Required for submission.

15. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form

    • Required for all initial assignments and extensions.

16. Education Verification

    • Verification of highest level of education achieved.

17. MGB SSN Trace

    • Must verify addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.

18. MGB National Sex Offender Check

    • Conducted within 30 days of start and annually.

19. MGB Exclusion Checks

    • Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.

Additional Information

• Documentation must be uploaded as required.
• All health history and vaccination records must be current and meet the specified requirements.
• No exemptions or waivers for vaccination requirements will be considered.
