Job Overview: Radiology / Cardiology Position

Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania
Facility: WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital
Hospital System: Bingham Memorial Hospital - Locums
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule Requirements

• Hours: Flexible; primarily 8 hours, may extend to 10 hours as needed (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Weekends: 1 weekend per month (Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM, Sunday 8 AM - 1 PM)
• Call Requirements: 1-2 nights per week
• Holidays: As needed

Minimum Experience

• Experience Required: 1 year in relevant specialty

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists)

Additional Information

• Candidates may care for COVID patients.
• Facility is tobacco and fragrance-free.

Pre-Screening Process

• Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit.
• If clinical review is passed, candidates will be sent to the manager for a final decision.
• Manager will conduct interviews.

Health and Background Requirements

• Physical Exam: Required within 90 days of start, signed by a licensed medical professional.
• TB Testing: Negative QGold or TSpot required within 90 days of start; PPD not accepted.
• Vaccinations:

  • Tdap vaccine required within 10 years of start.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (or exemption).
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccinations or positive titers required.
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer required.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or positive titer required.
• Background Check: 7-year criminal background check required within 30 days of start.
• Fingerprinting: PA FBI Fingerprinting required within 1 year of start; results must be on file within the first 45 days of assignment.

Documentation Requirements

• References: 2 professional references required within 3 years of start.
• Education Verification: Required for all clinical assignments.
• Pending Background Check Attestation: Required if background checks are pending at start.

Compliance and Training

• Candidates must complete required Learning Management System (LMS) modules prior to start.
• New Hire Orientation is mandatory for all new hires.
