Position Responsibilities
- Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- Oversee ICU and PCU operations, with a focus on improving performance and standard work
- Mentor ICU and PCU supervisors
- Work to increase census and acceptance rates
Required Qualifications
- Certifications: ACLS, RN License
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience:
- Cath Lab experience
- Higher reliability experience strongly preferred
Additional Information
- The facility emphasizes a strong culture and has experienced supervisors in ICU and PCU.
- There is currently no supervisor over the Cath Lab.
- A vascular surgeon is expected to start in mid-December to increase Cath Lab utilization.
