Position Responsibilities

Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Oversee ICU and PCU operations, with a focus on improving performance and standard work
Mentor ICU and PCU supervisors
Work to increase census and acceptance rates

Required Qualifications

Certifications: ACLS, RN License
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- Cath Lab experience
- Higher reliability experience strongly preferred

Additional Information

The facility emphasizes a strong culture and has experienced supervisors in ICU and PCU.
There is currently no supervisor over the Cath Lab.
A vascular surgeon is expected to start in mid-December to increase Cath Lab utilization.
The facility is working towards improving its acceptance rate from 42% to 75% over the next 6 months.
