Job Description

• Position: OR RN
• Schedule: Must be flexible with weekends and call

Requirements

• Experience:

  • Prior travel experience is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the unit
  • Large trauma level 1 experience within the last year
• Skills:

  • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years (required and non-negotiable)
  • Ability to both circulate and scrub (both skills checklists required)
  • Strong experience in:

    • General OR
    • Orthopedics
    • Urology
    • Oncology
    • Da Vinci Robotics
    • General surgery
    • ENT
    • Dental
    • Plastics
    • Neuro
    • Cardiovascular Trauma (CVT)
    • Trauma

Additional Information

• Orientation: Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
• Work History: Complete work history information required (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) for submission
• Employment Gaps: All gaps over 30 days must be explained
• Vaccination Status: Covid and Flu declinations accepted (proof or declinations required in packet)

Transportation

• Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is necessary. Personal or rental vehicles are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April.
