Job Description

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Required Experience:

  • General, OB/GYN, Vascular (DVT), and pediatric ultrasound experience
  • Ability to work overnights/evening shifts to cover for vacation is a plus
• Licensure:

  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer license required
  • Prior ultrasound experience required
• Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Required Credentials

1. BLS Certification

   • Must be from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.
2. License/Certificate Verification

   • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification.
3. Fit Test

   • N95 fit testing required within 365 days of start date.
4. COVID-19 Vaccine

   • Completed primary vaccination series required.
5. MMR Vaccination

   • Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity.
6. Influenza Vaccine

   • Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
7. TB Test

   • Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date.
8. Health Statement

   • Signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
9. MGB Criminal Background Check

   • Required for submission.
10. MGB Massachusetts CORI

    • Criminal history check required.
11. MGB Resume

    • Must include past 7 years of work experience.
12. MGB References

    • Minimum of 2 recent references, including 1 supervisor or above.
13. MGB Skills Checklist

    • Required for submission.
14. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form

    • Required for all initial assignments and extensions.
15. Education Verification

    • Verification of highest level of education achieved.
16. MGB SSN Trace

    • Must verify addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.
17. MGB National Sex Offender Check

    • Required annually.
18. MGB Exclusion Checks

    • Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.

Preferred Credentials

• Hepatitis B Vaccination

  • Record of 3 vaccines or proof of immunity.
• Tdap Vaccination

  • Vaccine within 10 years preferred.

Additional Notes

• All required documents must be submitted prior to the start date.
• No exemptions or waivers for vaccination requirements will be considered.
